About Ronival Vacations
Ronival Vacations is the premier vacation rental and property management company in Cabo San Lucas, born in 2010 as an extension of Ronival Real Estate. Behind every stay and every property is one local team, working together to help guests book a seamless Los Cabos vacation and give homeowners a property manager they can trust completely. Below is a closer look at the people behind that promise.
Administrative
RocÃo Montaño leads the vision behind Ronival Real Estate, Vacations, and Property Management. With more than 24 years in Los Cabos hospitality — from housekeeping and front desk to Operations Manager at some of Cabo’s most prestigious resorts — she built Ronival on a simple standard: treat every property like it’s the only one that matters.
Day to day, the Administrative team turns that standard into practice. They coordinate across all three divisions, manage staffing and vendor relationships, oversee contracts and compliance, and make sure owners always have a direct line to someone who can actually answer their questions — not a call center.

Rocio Montaño
Property Management
The Property team oversees the maintenance and upkeep of every property in our portfolio — routine inspections, preventive maintenance, coordinating contractors, and vetting new vendors. They walk each property regularly, catching small issues before they become expensive ones.
Alongside them, the Vacation Rentals team runs the guest side: turnovers, housekeeping standards, and making sure every stay runs seamlessly from check-in to check-out. Together, the property service and the rental service cover everything under one area — owners get monthly reporting and transparent updates, and a property that’s cared for like it’s still their own home, because it is.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
The Project Management team leads every stage of a project—from planning and budgeting to execution and final delivery. They coordinate architects, designers, contractors, and specialized vendors, ensuring every milestone is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Working closely with homeowners and internal teams, they oversee every detail, anticipate challenges before they arise, and provide clear communication throughout the entire process. From renovations and remodels to custom home improvements, they turn ideas into reality while delivering a seamless experience and results built to last
Concierge Services
Our Concierge Services team designs the Los Cabos experience for every guest who stays with us — airport transfers, private chefs, yacht charters, reservations at the tables that actually book up, and the kind of local knowledge that only comes from living here.
They’re the first call when a guest needs anything and the last touchpoint before checkout, coordinating everything from birthday surprises to last-minute changes without ever making it feel complicated. It’s the reason so many guests come back — and ask for the same team by name.
Marketing
The Marketing team shapes how each property is presented to the world — professional photography and video, listing copy, and the campaigns that turn a home into a place a guest can already picture their vacation in. Every property gets the same treatment: consistent, elevated, unmistakably Ronival.
That exposure works both ways. For guests, it’s what makes a property stand out on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Instagram before they ever book. For owners, it’s the visibility that keeps their property performing, plus regular updates so they can see exactly how their home is being shown to the market.
Accounting
Behind every reservation and every owner statement is the Accounting team, reconciling guest payments, tracking expenses, and closing the books with the kind of precision that makes owners trust the numbers without having to double-check them.
They handle monthly owner statements, coordinate with tax advisors, and keep Ronival’s finances audit-ready year-round — because confidence in your property starts with confidence in what it’s actually earning.
