Rocio Montaño
Founder & CEO
Rocio Montaño is the visionary behind Ronival Property Management and Ronival Vacations.
Innovation, leadership, and experience are just a few of the qualities that have propelled Rocio Montaño to success in the hospitality industry. With more than 24 years of experience at some of Cabo’s most prestigious hotels and resorts, Rocio has brought her expertise to Ronival Real Estate & Property Management Services, where she serves as the founder and CEO.
Having arrived in Cabo in 1997, Rocio started her career in the hotel industry, gaining experience in various areas such as housekeeping, reservations, and front desk operations. She eventually worked her way up to Operations Manager, where she honed her leadership and management skills.
Rocio quickly recognized the need for property management services in Cabo and founded Ronival Real Estate and Property Management with her husband, Nick Fong, in 2010. Since then, Rocio and her team of property management professionals have provided homeowners in Cabo with the highest standard of customized service and attention, ranging from house administration and vacation rentals to project management.

With years of experience in the hospitality industry and as a mother of two, Ana has a keen eye for detail and a deep commitment to providing a high level of service to our clients. When she’s not working, Ana enjoys spending time with her children, hiking, reading, and exploring the natural beauty of Baja California Sur.
Barbie Lopez
Vacation Rental Manager
Barbie Lopez is our Vacation Rental Manager, responsible for ensuring that all our guests have a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. With a background in hospitality and a passion for travel, Barbie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Ronival Vacations team. When she’s not working, Barbie enjoys spending time with her children, reading, going to the beach, discovering new places, and hiking.
