Cancellation Policy
Villas
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 95% refund. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 45% refund. Guests who cancel after that will not be eligible for a refund. For reservations longer than 28 nights: Guests who cancel their booking at least 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 95% refund of the total booking amount. Guests who cancel after that will be charged for the 30 first days of the reservation and will receive a 95% refund of the remaining dates. For reservations longer than 28 days, a $500 USD security deposit is required for every month of the rental period.
Condos
Guests who cancel their booking at least 14 days before the start of their stay will receive a 95% refund of the total booking amount. Guests who cancel their booking at least 7 days before the check-in date will receive a 45% refund of the total booking amount. Guests who cancel after that will not be eligible for a refund. For reservations longer than 28 nights: Guests who cancel their booking at least 30 days before the check-in date will receive a 95% refund of the total booking amount. Guests who cancel after that will be charged for the 30 first days of the reservation and will receive a 95% refund of the remaining dates. For reservations longer than 28 days, a $300 USD security deposit is required for every month of the rental period.
